Choosing swimming lessons for your child starts with practical questions: which group might fit, when do lessons take place and what should you bring? Our updated Fedo Physique website brings those details together, with a clearer route from meeting the coaches to asking about a place in a group.
Built around the questions families ask
We worked with our website partner Web Aloha to refresh our online home, replacing the previous WordPress website with a site built on Astro. The main change for visitors is straightforward: children’s swimming takes the lead, while personal training and individual plans have their own clearly signposted pages.
The homepage introduces our work and helps you choose what to explore next. Detailed swimming information stays together on the service page, so you can read about groups, check the timetable and compare published prices without piecing together separate introductions. That gives you a useful starting point for a conversation about your child.
Groups, times and first-lesson preparation
Our children’s swimming page describes lessons for children aged four and over at Klaipėdos baseinas, Dubysos g. 12. It explains the groups for younger children, beginners and more experienced swimmers, alongside lesson prices and the weekly timetable. You can compare the published times with your family’s routine before contacting us.
You will also find coach introductions and answers to common parent questions. The page helps you understand the options; a suitable group and an available place still need to be confirmed with us. A timetable is not an automatic booking. Speaking together gives us a chance to discuss your child’s age, experience in the water and any concerns that need a more personal answer.

Separate services and three reading languages
For visitors interested in gym-based support, we have dedicated pages for personal training, training programmes and nutrition plans. Each explains its own service, helping you decide what you would like to discuss. The About page introduces the trainer’s background, and the main menu keeps contact details close at hand.
The website and articles are available in Lithuanian, English and Russian. Switching languages takes you to the equivalent page, making it easier to share the same explanation with family members who prefer a different language. The English edition is a translation of the website; the trainer’s stated communication languages remain Lithuanian and Russian.
A lighter foundation for everyday browsing
Astro prepares the public pages as HTML in advance, and images are delivered in responsive sizes and modern formats. Your browser does not have to construct the whole page just to reveal the text. Clear headings, navigation and links between articles also help you find the next useful step when reading on a phone.
Serving these public pages no longer depends on WordPress PHP execution, its database queries or its plugins. Removing those components from page delivery reduces the associated maintenance and attack surface. Hosting, dependencies and account access still need care: a static website is not a promise of complete security.
Search engines and AI tools that retrieve web information can access readable HTML, page descriptions and links between language versions. This can support understanding and discovery. It does not establish higher search rankings or inclusion in AI answers, which would require separate evidence.
A measured snapshot, then a personal conversation
On 14 September 2026, we tested the public homepage, https://www.fedophysique.lt/, in Google PageSpeed Insights. This single laboratory snapshot recorded desktop performance of 99/100 and a Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) of 1.0 seconds. The mobile test, using simulated slower 4G, recorded 86/100 and an LCP of 4.0 seconds, leaving room to improve mobile loading. Both actual screenshots and Google reports appear below. These are dated lab results, not a comparison with the previous website or an average of every visitor’s experience. The report supplied no CrUX real-user data. Results can vary, and the performance score does not measure website security.
